Lastly, I don't like how when you check out as a guest, you can't go back and see the status of your order. So you are forced to use this terrible app. Another reason this is a bad design is because when I called the location for the delivery, they told me delivery is for the app only. This was very inconvenient as I was simply trying to send an order to my friend who lives in a different location of town from me. I had a coupon for a free pizza but did not give me the option on the app, so I had to call several locations just to figure out which one my order was on so I'd be able to ask them to add the pizza to the delivery.
